A landfill policy is a set of regulations that outline how to develop, operate, and close landfills. The goal of landfill policies is to ensure that landfills are safe and environmentally sound. Below policies are current to the date approved - permanent record of the policies is secured in the office.

LMRL is its own entity and authority. The RM of McKillop is a stakeholder and contributor to the Landfill but does not manage the operations of the landfill in any way.
